How to file a consumer complaint?
The complaint can be submitted only by written submission to the office address (Vlaška 72 a, 10 000 Zagreb) or by e-mail (pia@pia.com.hr).
The written objection, together with the content and description of the objection, must contain the name and the exact address of the objector.
The PIA agrees to respond to any complaint in writing as soon as possible and no later than 15 days from the date of filing the complaint to the address of the person filing the complaint.
